- When there is krsna-kirtana, people, all classes of people, become very much pleased, and they join. As soon as your kirtana will be pure sankirtana, not artificial, not professional
- Where sankirtana is hampered, we can go on with kirtana and distributing magazines; that is more important than sankirtana. That is Brhat-mrdanga

- Yajnaih sankirtana-prayair yajanti hi sumedhasah. The word sumedhasah refers to intelligent men who possess very good brain substance
- Yamaraja is recommending that by our fruitive activities we are implicated in so many sinful reaction of life, so sankirtanam bhagavato guna-karma-namnam
- You cannot perform the former yajnasa by sacrifice tons of ghee and grains because you have no sufficient food grains even. But still, if you chant this sankirtana, that is yajna
