- Caitanya Mahaprabhu says: "I am not a brahmin." Then the next question is, "What You are?" He says, gopi-bhartuh pada-kamalayor dasa-dasanudasah: I am the servant of the servant of the servant of Krsna

- Evam parampara praptam: one has to receive the instructions of the Supreme Lord through the disciplic chain of spiritual masters. A devotee of the Lord always considers himself a servant of the servant of the servant of the Lord - CC Madhya 13.80

- Gopi-bhartur pada-kamalayor dasa-dasa-dasanudasah. This is our process. We don't approach Krsna directly. We must begin our service to the Krsna's servant. And who is Krsna's servant? One who has become the servant of another Krsna's servant
H
- He (Caitanya) is the eternal servant of the servant of the Lord who maintains the damsels of Vrndavana (Lord Krsna) (CC Madhya 13.80). That is the way of self-realization
- He (the servant of the servant of Krsna) is most insignificant, and whatever good he does is by the grace of Krsna and the spiritual master
- He (Vidyadhara, the serpent) admitted, however, that in his previous life he was actually sinful. A Krsna conscious person knows that he is always the servant of the servant of Krsna
- He falsely claims that, "I have become God now." Does it mean amanitvam? And here, Vaisnava says, gopi-bhartuh pada-kamalayor dasa-dasanudasah (CC Madhya 13.80). This is amanitvam. - I am servant of the servant
I
- I (Caitanya Mahaprabhu) am not a brahmana, ksatriya, vaisya or sudra. I am not a brahmacari, grhastha, vanaprastha or sannyasi. What am I? I am the eternal servant of the servant of the servant of Lord Krsna
- I am the servant of the servant of the servant of Krsna - That is purification. Then desire. Then you'll not desire anything except Krsna's service. That is perfection
- I may be in designation your Spiritual Master, but actually I am servant of the servant of Krishna, and because you are all sincere servants of Krishna, I am your servant
- If you are in the disciplic succession of the servitude, servant of the servant of the servant, evam parampara-praptam, then you become representative
- If you are thinking that you are the master of your wife, children, of your servants, of your business, that is false. You are the servant of your wife, you are servant of your children, you are the servant of your servants. That is your real position
- In Bhagavad-gita we can see that Krsna has taken the position of servant as the chariot driver of Arjuna. In his constitutional position, Arjuna is the servant of Krsna, but in behavior we can see that sometimes God becomes the servant of the servant
- In SB 11.19.21 Krsna says, mad-bhakta-pujabhyadhika: "It is better to render service to My devotee." Thus, according to the Gaudiya-Vaisnava philosophy of Caitanya Mahaprabhu, it is better to be a servant of the servant of God - CC Madhya 13.80
- In the preaching work of the Krsna consciousness movement, we, as the servant of the servant of the servant of the servant of the SP of Godhead, fully believe in the words of Krsna and His servants, the disciplic succession - CC Madhya 13.80

- Lord Caitanya said that "I am the servant of the servant of the servant 100 times removed" and similarly we should think ourselves
- Lord Krsna, the one master and the Lord of the universe, is worthy of being served by everyone. Indeed, everyone is but a servant of His servants
O
- On behalf of Krishna I am accepting your sincere service, but on the whole, I am servant of the servant of Krishna
- One must accept a spiritual master who comes in the disciplic succession and is a servant of the servant of the Lord. Under his direction, one must then engage one's three properties, namely his body, mind and words
- One should not be anxious to offer direct service to the Lord. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu advised that one become a servant of the servant of the servant of the Lord (CC Madhya 13.80). This is the process for approaching the Supreme Lord
- One who thinks that "I am God," he is a dog. And one who thinks, "I am servant, God's servant's servant's servant, million times servant's servant," he is liberated. This is the process
- Our position is servant of the servant. We don't want to become master of the master
P
- Prahlada Maharaja also (like Caitanya Mahaprabhu) prayed to Lord Nrsimhadeva that he might be engaged as the servant of the Lord's servant. This is the prescribed method of devotional service

- Prahlada Maharaja was offered all the blessings of an opulent position in the material world and even the liberation of merging into Brahman, but he refused all this. He simply wanted to engage in the service of the servant of the servant of the Lord

- Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu has said, "I am not a brahmana, ksatriya, vaisya, sudra, brahmacari or whatever. I am simply the servant of the servant of the servant of Krsna." One need only learn this process in order to render the best service to humanity

- The conclusion is that no one can be the benefactor of the Lord; everyone is actually the servant of the servant of the Lord
- The more you become servant of the servant, you are perfect. And as soon as you declare independence, you are rascal. This is the process. We should always remain most obedient servant of my master
- The philosophy of Krsna consciousness is to become the servant of the servant of the servant of the Lord
- The prakrta-sahajiyas are not even worthy of being called Vaisnavas. They think that only caste gosvamis should be called Prabhupada. Such ignorant sahajiyas call themselves vaisnava-dasa-anudasa, which means the servant of the servant of the Vaisnavas

- To serve the Lord and the servants of His servants, in the association of devotees, is the only objective of a pure, unalloyed devotee
- To serve the servant of Krsna is better than to serve directly Krsna, because if the servant of Krsna promises something, if the servant of Krsna says, "I'll take you to Krsnaloka," you must go there
W
- We don't claim that we are on the equal level of Krsna. That is not our philosophy. We claim to become servant of the servant of the servant of the servant of servant of Krsna (CC Madhya 13.80). This is our position
