- Above mind there is intelligence. The intelligence is where to consider, "Whether I'm this body or I am something else?" So in this way, from the mental platform, you have to elevate yourself to the intellectual platform & from that to spiritual platform
- Accept this life of austerity to promote yourself to the spiritual life. Then you will get unlimited happiness, unlimited life, unlimited pleasure. That is the sum and substance of this Krsna consciousness movement

- Bali Maharaja said to God: On behalf of the demigods, You disguised Yourself to cheat me, saying that You wanted only three paces of land, but later You expanded Your body to such an extent that with two footsteps You covered the entire universe

- Every conditioned soul has natural inclination. Pravrtti. But one has to control that. That is human life. If you put yourself in the waves of natural inclination, that is not human life. You have to restrict

- Get yourself married. So by grace of Krsna the wife or the husband which you have, just live peacefully. But don't try to encroach upon other's wife or other's husband. That should be restrained. That is humanity

- If you want really good leader, and if you want to become yourself also good, then you must give up these four sinful activities. Otherwise, all your scheme will be failure
- If you want sex life, become a grhastha. Just have a wife and live peacefully. But if you want to have sex life and at the same time you want to keep yourself as brahmacari, this is not truthful. This is condemned

- Process of eating or your process of securing ingredients for eating, or your cooking, nothing is stopped. Only, only thing is required that instead of cooking for yourself for the satisfaction of your tongue, you please cook it for satisfaction of Krsna

- The King thus said: We have inherited the fame of Arjuna; therefore since you have surrendered yourself with folded hands you need not fear for your life. But you cannot remain in my kingdom, for you are the friend of irreligion
- The king, his duty was that if you are professing yourself as a brahmana, then it is the king's duty to see that you are acting as a brahmana. Brahmana is not by birth but guna-karma-vibhagasah (BG 4.13). Guna means quality. And karma, and work also

- Vimukta-maninah means he is simply falsely thinking that he is liberated. Maninah. Just like you think yourself, just like so many rascals, he is thinking, "I am God." You see? - I am God

- We are giving that information, how you can keep yourself eternal. This is the greatest gift to the human society

- You (sons of Lord Rsabhadeva) should accept your eldest brother, Bharata, who is exalted in devotional service. If you engage yourselves in Bharata's service, your service to him will include My service, and you will rule the citizens automatically
- You are fallen means you have got some certain desires except service of Krsna. Therefore the conclusion is that if you keep yourself tightly in Krsna's service, there is no question of falling down or there is no question of maya
- You are responsible to train so many children in the highest knowledge of life, so that cannot be neglected in any way. You are also doing editing work, so I think that in these two ways you can remain yourself always busy in devotional service

- You cannot understand why Krsna said to Arjuna that "You fight." First of all understand yourself. That is the first instruction the Arjuna was given

- You do not know what you are and how you are harming yourself. You are such a rascal. You pose to be that you do not make any harm to anyone, but you are doing harm to yourself. Na te viduh svartha-gatim hi visnum
- You don't cheat people that you take Bhagavad-gita and interpret in your own way and cheat others and be cheated yourself. You cannot do that
- You fulfill all the desires of Your devotees, so much so that sometimes You even give Yourself to them. Still, You neither increase nor decrease by such activity
- You give them honor. Don't ask for yourself any honor, respect, but others, you give them. - That is the process of Caitanya Mahaprabhu's preaching
- You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty. BG 2.47 - 1972

- You have understood our philosophy very nicely, and that is a great boon for someone who is as young as yourself. The perfection of human existence is to somehow or another develop Krsna Consciousness and the sooner that one can develop his KC the better
- You haven't got to restrain yourself completely, but if you dovetail yourself, nirbandhah, when it is in relation with Krsna, then your vairagya, your detachment, is approved
- You just try to understand yourself that you are eternal servant of God. Then you are perfect. And you can enjoy God's property very nicely. There is no distress at all

- You must be very careful how to keep the temple very cleansed, yourself clean, worshiping the Deity. That is recommended. Sri-vigraharadhana-nitya-nana-srngara-tan mandira-marjanadau. This is also tapasya
- You must behave yourself nicely. Then people will come. If you become purified, then naturally they will come
- You must go to a person where you can surrender yourself. That means you've to check, "Who is the real person who can give me instruction on BG or any Vedic literature, or any scripture, right?" And not that, to search out a person as a, whimsically. No
- You prepare yourself for higher standard of life or to make a permanent solution of your miserable condition of life, namely birth, death, old age and disease. This is required. This is human business, or dharma
- You should engage yourself to receive spiritual knowledge from the authority, reliable source
- You should very seriously and with a cool head apply yourself to getting that place or some other place as soon as possible. Otherwise Krsna may take away this golden opportunity, being disappointed by our lack of enthusiasm and labor
- You simply taste such foodstuff, krsna-prasada, so that you can lead very healthy life and execute your Krsna consciousness business. It is not that you have to voluntarily stop and make yourself weak
- You try to understand this science (Bhagavad-gita) by pranipata, pranipatena, by surrendering, not by deserving yourself, that "I am very learned scholar. Why shall I surrender?" No. That is the first thing wanted
- You will feel sure as you make progress. Just like when you are eating, hungry, as you feel satisfaction and hunger satisfied, you can know yourself
- You work hard, keep yourself fit, but live for tattva-jijnasa. That is life, tattva-jijnasa: What I am? What is God? What is this material world? Why I have come here? Why I am put into so much trouble? These are the inquiries
- Your humble attitude is very praiseworthy. You keep yourself in that very humble mentality and Krishna will be very pleased upon you
- Your living condition should be spiritually, what is called, surcharged. So that means you must be trained up how to rise early in the morning, take your bath, cleanse yourself, chant Hare Krsna mantra. Then you will be spiritually strong
- Your main business is to take care of yourself as soul. That is your main business. This is called knowledge
- Your permanent settlement is to identify yourself that, "I am Krsna's." That is your permanent settlement. So if you put yourself in that position, being freed from all designation, then your process of everything, all qualities, become purified
- Your photograph is not yourself? Yes, similarly, it is Krsna's painting. But the difference is that you cannot talk with your photograph, but we can talk with Krsna's photograph
