- Actually there are only two energies. All of the planetary systems and universes are resting on the energies of Krsna. Just as all the planets in the solar system are resting in the sunshine, everything within the creation is resting on Krsna-shine
- Akrura continued, "My dear Lord, all living entities, including different grades of demigods and different grades of overlords, kings and other living entities, are resting in You as parts and parcels of the big unit"
- Although all beings in the universe are resting in Krsna's energy, still they are not in Him. Krsna is maintaining all living entities, and His energy is all-pervading, yet He is elsewhere. This is Krsna's inconceivable mystic power
- And yet everything that is created does not rest in Me. Behold My mystic opulence! Although I am the maintainer of all living entities, and although I am everywhere, still My Self is the very source of creation. BG 9.5 - 1972

- Everything is an expansion of Brahman, the SPG, yet everything is not the Supreme Godhead, and He is not everywhere. Everything rests upon Him and yet does not rest upon Him. This can be explained only through the acintya-bhedabheda philosophy
- Everything is an expansion of Brahman, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, yet everything is not the Supreme Godhead, and He is not everywhere. Everything rests upon Him and yet does not rest upon Him
- Everything is resting on Krsna (mat-sthani sarva bhutani (BG 9.4)), but Krsna is not there - na caham tesv avasthitah

- Everything is resting on Krsna. Isavasyam idam sarvam. This is Krsna conscious. Without Krsna . . . so that is the fact. But when you come to this understanding, then you become perfectly Krsna conscious. Without Krsna, nothing can exist
- Everything is resting on the Supreme Personality of Godhead; therefore He is the ultimate rest. Nidhanam means that everything, even the Brahman effulgence, rests on the Supreme Personality of Godhead Krsna. BG 1972 purports
- Everything rests on Brahman, but Brahman itself rests on Krsna. Therefore Krsna is the ultimate Brahman, or Parabrahman
- Everything rests on the potency of Lord Sri Krsna, and still the Lord is different from and transcendental to all such identities. In the Vedic Purusa-sukta of the Rg mantra, this is also confirmed
I
- I am (Krsna), Arjuna, the highest principle of transcendence, and there is nothing greater than Me. Everything that be rests on My energies exactly like pearls on a thread
- I am the goal, the sustainer, the master, the witness, the abode, the refuge and the most dear friend. I am the creation and the annihilation, the basis of everything, the resting place and the eternal seed. BG 9.18 - 1972
- In Bhagavad-gita (7.7) Krsna asserts His superiority Himself in this way: O conqueror of wealth (Arjuna), there is no truth superior to Me. Everything rests upon Me, as pearls are strung on a thread

- In the Bhagavad-gita, Lord Krsna explains that although everything is resting on His energy, He is different or separate from the energy
- In the Bhagavad-gita, this fact is very nicely explained in the Ninth Chapter, wherein the Lord (Krsna) says, "In My impersonal form I am spread all over the material energy; everything is resting in Me, but I am not there"
- In the Kena Upanisad it is stated that the Supreme Brahman is the rest for everything, and Krsna has already explained that everything is resting on Him. BG 1972 purports

- Krsna Himself gives an example of His omnipresence in this way (BG 9.6) - As the mighty wind, blowing everywhere, always rests in ethereal space, know that in the same manner all beings rest in Me
- Krsna is the ultimate resting place and source of everything. Everything is done by Him, everything belongs to Him, and everything is offered to Him. He is the ultimate objective, and whether acting or causing others to act, He is the ultimate doer
- Krsna says in Bhagavad-gita (BG 14.27), brahmano hi pratisthaham - Brahman rests upon Me
L
- Lord Krsna said: "I am situated in the material world, and the world rests in Me. But at the same time I am not situated in the material world, nor does it rest in Me in truth"
- Lord Krsna says, mat-sthani sarva-bhutani na caham tesv avasthitah: All beings are in Me, but I am not in them. Although all living beings are resting in Him, as small fiery sparks rest on a large flame, both are differently situated

- Mother Yasoda was unable to understand this philosophy (that Krsna is everywhere in His impersonal form, and everything rests upon Him) because she was dealing with Krsna as His real mother by the arrangement of yogamaya

- Our (the gopis) life rests only in You (Krsna). Our minds, therefore, are filled with anxiety that Your tender feet might be wounded by pebbles as You roam about on the forest path
S
- Since the entire Vedic literature deals with the subject of Brahman, Krsna is therefore the ultimate goal of Vedic understanding. The impersonal brahma-jyotir rests on the personal form of the Lord
- Since the lotus feet of Lord Sri Krsna are the shelter of all devotees, Sri Krsna is called param dhama. In the Bhagavad-gita (BG 10.12) it is stated, param brahma param dhama pavitram paramam bhavan. Everything is resting under the lotus feet of Krsna
