Śrīla Prabhupāda identifies Kṛṣṇa as the central focus of all affection, stating that He is "Actually, our most Beloved Object." Any love experienced in the material world is merely a reflection of the soul's original love for Kṛṣṇa. For the theist, the Absolute Truth is realized as the most beloved Person, whereas for the atheist, the Absolute appears as death. Within Kṛṣṇa's own pastimes, Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī holds the unique position of being His "most beloved" among all the gopīs, and Her sacred lake, Rādhā-kuṇḍa, shares this supreme affection. Furthermore, Śrīla Prabhupāda explains the reciprocal nature of this love: the devotee who preaches the message of Kṛṣṇa consciousness becomes the most beloved servant of the Lord.
