A
- A devotee gives the nondevotees his association but is not affected by their misbehavior. Thus by the activities of a pure devotee even those who are bereft of love of Godhead get a chance to become devotees of the Lord one day

- First of all faith, the next step is to associate with devotees. But devotees must be sincere devotee, otherwise what will be the effect of such asociation? Adau sraddha tatah sadhu-sango. Then, gradually he will be inclined to become one of the devotees

- Kali-yuga means three-fourths sinful life. So one who has taken to Krsna consciousness, becomes devotee, he has no sinful life, although he is in the Kali-yuga. He is not affected

- Krsna did not select a so-called Vedantist to understand BG. Because Arjuna was not a Vedantist. He was a military man. He's not supposed to become a great philosopher. He was a grhastha. But the real qualification is to become a devotee of Krsna
- Krsna does not force anyone to become krsna-bhakta, but He gives the chance. He explains everything that, "If you become krsna-bhakta, or surrendered soul, then you will be happy. Otherwise you will not be happy." This is Krsna

- The culmination of the knowledge of Bhagavad-gita is God realization, and when one attains this stage of God realization, he naturally, voluntarily becomes a devotee of the Lord to render Him loving transcendental service
- The demons or demoniac persons - the Gandharvas, the Siddhas, the Vidyadharas, the Caranas, the Yaksas, the Raksasas, the Pisacas, the ghosts and the hobgoblins - are by nature incapable of worshiping You (Balarama) or becoming Your devotees
- The description of the dealings of Kapiladeva and His mother is very confidential, and anyone who hears or reads this narration becomes a devotee of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is carried by Garuda

- Ultimately it is recommended (in SB 7.11.8-12): Everyone should become a devotee of the Lord, because by becoming a devotee of the Lord one automatically acquires the other qualities
- Under the direction of his (Ajamila) father, as a brahmana boy he was being trained up to become a devotee of Narayana, but unfortunately, he was misled by a prostitute, but still, he was saved at the last moment
- Under the guidance of a spiritual master, everyone should chant this mantra (composed by Rama, the goddess of fortune) and thus become a complete and perfect devotee of the Lord
- Unless one becomes a devotee of God, there is no question of religion. It is all cheating
- Unless one becomes a devotee of Krsna, one cannot see the universal form of God. BG 1972 purports

- Vaisnavas are generally known as gosvamis. In Vrndavana, this is the title by which the director of each temple is known. One who wants to become a perfect devotee of Krsna must become a gosvami
- Vaisnavas preach only devotional service, not encouraging karmis, jnanis and yogis, because if one must liberate oneself from material, conditional life, one must ultimately become a Vaisnava
- Varnasrama-dharma should be established to become a Vaisnava
- Vedesu durlabham: one cannot reach Krsna merely by Vedic knowledge. Adurlabham atma-bhaktau: but when one becomes a devotee, then one can realize Him. Brahma, therefore, became a devotee
- Vrtrasura was considered a demon, but actually he was more than qualified as a devotee, or maha-paurusya. If one somehow becomes a devotee of the Supreme Lord, whatever his position, he can be brought to the position of a perfect person

- We always request members of ISKCON to publish as many books as possible and distribute them widely throughout the world. By thus following in the footsteps of Srila Rupa Gosvami, one can become a rupanuga devotee
- We are creating a new generation for becoming devotee at Dallas
- We are opening temples of Krsna and requesting everyone, "Please become devotee of Krsna." And then after opening temple, go away and manufacture some, another philosophy - we are not such nonsense
- We are opening this temple for this purpose, that you always think of Him, you worship Him, you offer obeisances to Him and become His devotee. And then?, without a doubt you will come to Him

- When he (a second-class devotee) becomes expert in logic and can refer to the sastras, he becomes a first-class devotee
- When he (the living entity) looks to the Supreme Lord and becomes the Supreme Lord's devotee, he becomes free from all anxieties and material miseries
- When Krsna says this, man-mana bhava mad-bhaktah: "You just surrender unto Me; become My bhakta," how you can say, "It is not to Krsna." This is not nonsense?
- When Krsna says, man-mana bhava mad-bhaktah (BG 18.65) - "Always think of Me, become My devotee, and surrender unto Me" - the so-called scholars comment that it is not to Krsna that we have to surrender. That is envy
- When Krsna says, man-mana bhava mad-bhaktah: "You just surrender unto Me; become My bhakta," how you can say, "It isn’t to Krsna."This is not nonsense?
- When Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu was traveling through the jungles of Jharikhanda the tigers, the snakes, the deer, and all the other animals became devotees
- When one becomes a devotee he is not destined to die according to a limited duration of life
- When one becomes a devotee, he achieves the greatest benediction because he completely averts the repetition of birth and death
- When one becomes a devotee, he no longer has any duty to the Vedic regulative principles. One has many duties to perform, but if one becomes fully devoted to the Lord, he no longer has any such obligations

- When one fully engages in the transcendental loving service of the Lord, he becomes a Vaisnava. Prthu Maharaja warns his citizens who are actually engaged in the devotional service of the Lord to take care against offenses to the brahmanas and Vaisnavas
