- A veda-vadi cannot be purified from material contamination unless he becomes a tattva-vadi, that is, one who knows tattva, the Absolute Truth. Tattva is also experienced in three features-brahmeti paramatmeti bhagavan iti sabdyate - SB 1.2.11
- Acarya means one who knows the regulative principle or direction in the sastra. He practically behaves in terms of the sastra regulative principle and teaches his student also in the same way

- Because you are rascal, you do not know. You learn it. One who knows the meaning. Tad-vijnanartham sa gurum evabhigacchet (MU 1.2.12). You are fool, rascal. How can you know the meaning? You must have to go to the real person
- Brahma janati iti brahmanah. That means one who knows the spirit, the spiritual. One who has got complete knowledge of the spiritual world, he is called brahmin
- Brahma janatiti brahmanah: One who knows the supreme, the Absolute Truth, is a brahmana, but one who does not know is an animal. This is the difference between animal and man; man, to deserve the name, must be educated to understand the Absolute Truth

- Either this body is in living condition or it is in dead condition, a pandita, a learned scholar, one who knows things as they are, he does not take care of this body. Not take care actually; he does not think very seriously about this body

- I am the proprietor of all the lokas. I am the friend of everyone. And I am the enjoyer of all fruitive activities. When one knows Me like that, he gets santi. This is the santi formula given by Krsna
- I know that Supreme Personality of Godhead who is transcendental to all material conceptions of darkness. Only he who knows Him can transcend the bonds of birth and death. There is no way for liberation other than this knowledge of that Supreme Person
- If there is any doubt in understanding the Vedic literature, then you try to understand from the person who knows it, tattva-darsi, who has seen actually the truth. Upadeksyanti te jnanam jnaninas tattva-darsinah. One who has actually seen the truth

- Like small particles of sand, bodies come together and are separated by the force of time, and people falsely lament for unification and separation. Unless one knows this, there is no question of happiness

- Mahajana means those who are authorized person by God, one who knows what is the law of God, he's mahajana. He mahajana. So a guru is mahajana because he knows what is religion and what is the law given by God
- Mother earth took the shape of a cow. She was also a woman. Thus she appealed to the King (Prthu) as one who knows the principles of religion. Religious principles also dictate that one is not to be killed if he surrenders

- Not becomes - it (deity) is Krsna. Just like this electric wire - it is electricity. One who knows the process, he can derive electricity out of it. It (deity) is Krsna. But you have to know the process of understanding that it is Krsna. It is Krsna

- Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu also declared that to propagate the bhakti cult of devotional service in human society, one does not need to be very rich. Anyone who knows the art can do it and thus render the highest benefit to humanity
- Srila Rupa Gosvami is described as the bhakti-rasacarya, or one who knows the essence of devotional service
