- According to Srila Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura, the Lord's sitting posture - keeping His back against the newly grown banyan tree - is also meaningful
- After the incident was over, Indra surrendered to Krsna with many prayers, in which he admitted, "By Your lifting Govardhan Hill and protecting the citizens of Vrndavana, You have kept Your promise that Your devotees are never to be vanquished"
- Although Krsna was in the midst of hundreds of thousands of gopis during the rasa dance, He still kept Himself in one of His transcendental forms by the side of Srimati Radharani
- At that time (Bhisma about to kill Arjuna) Lord Krsna wanted to please His devotee, Bhisma, by keeping Bhisma's promise, which was more important than His own. Seemingly He broke His own promise
- At the same time, He (Krsna) wanted to give him (Rukmi) some light punishment, so He tied him up with a piece of cloth and snipped at his mustache, beard and hair, keeping some spots here and there
H
- He (a pure devotee) says - Wherever Krsna will keep me, I shall remain there. It doesn't matter whether heaven or hell. I don't care for it
- He (Krsna) always keeps Himself out of the vision of the nondevotees, who are devoid of love and devotion, and thus He puts them still further away from the Lord
- He (Krsna) kept His servant's promise intact. The demon (Hiranyakasipu) was also killed, and the promise given by . . . benediction given by Brahma, everything . . . that is the action of the Supreme Personality. In one stroke He is doing so many things
- He (Krsna) told them not to be overwhelmed and in this way pacified them. But when He failed to come back with Nanda Maharaja, it appeared that He either cheated them or could not keep His promise
I
- I (Krsna) then (just to keep You (Radharani) living, I worship Lord Narayana. By His merciful potency, I come to Vrndavana every day to enjoy pastimes with You) return to Dvaraka-dhama. Thus You can always feel My presence there in Vrndavana
- If a devotee wants liberation or material sense gratification from the Lord, Krsna immediately delivers it, but pure devotional service He keeps hidden
- If Krsna's inferior energy may appear to go with us, is it not possible for Krsna Himself to be with us when we are chanting His names? He will keep us company, but we have to qualify to be in His company
- In one stroke He (Krsna) is doing so many things. He's saving Prahlada Maharaja, killing Hiranyakasipu, keeping intact the promise of Brahma - everything. That is God's intelligence
- It is not a question of blindly believing. There is reason behind the belief. If Krsna can put a large tree within so many little seeds, is it so astounding that He is keeping all the planetary systems floating in space through His energy
K

- Krsna is enjoyer. He keeps always that position. He never falls down. He never comes to the position of being enjoyed
- Krsna is very kind. If you offer something to Krsna, He eats the offering. It is not that He's not eating. He is, but at the same time keeping it for you as it was offered. He's not like us. If you give me something to eat, I'll finish the whole plate
- Krsna says, "O priest, please get up and open the door of the temple. I have kept one pot of sweet rice for the sannyasi Madhavendra Puri"
- Krsna's pastimes cannot be imitated. Krsna married over 16,000 wives and kept them nicely in 16,000 palaces, but an ordinary man cannot even keep one wife nicely. It is not that Krsna just spoke so many wonderful things; He also acted wonderfully
- Kunti continued, "We may be put into various types of dangerous conditions by our family members, the Kurus, but I am confident that You (Krsna) remember us and always keep us safe and sound"

- Our senses cannot perceive how He (Krsna) could keep an unlimited number of calves and cows and have unlimited space in which to do so. But this is answered in the Brhad-bhagavatamrta
P

- Please come and let all the residents of Vrndavana live. Kindly keep Your lotus feet again in Vrndavana
