- So we have to study Caitanya Mahaprabhu's life. Except - this is the clear and simple truth - except chanting Hare Krsna mantra, there is no other business of the human being
- Sometimes an actor in a drama plays the part of Narada Muni, although in his private life he is not at all like Narada Muni because he is not a devotee. Such actors are not needed in dramatic performances about the lives of Sri Caitanya and Lord Krsna

- The chief historical sources for the life of Sri Krsna Caitanya are the kadacas (diaries) kept by Murari Gupta and Svarupa Damodara Gosvami

- There is a similarity between the prayers of Lord Caitanya and the statements of Srimad-Bhagavatam. Lord Caitanya prays, "in life after life," indicating that a devotee does not even desire the cessation of birth and death
- There is no need to print Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, His Life and Precepts, it is already there in other books
