The philosophical essence of this category highlights the absolute perfection of the Supreme Personality of Godhead's management of the universe. On an individual level, the Lord sits in the heart as the Paramātmā, perfectly arranging the fulfillment of the conditioned souls' desires through the laws of karma and material nature. However, for His pure devotees, the Lord makes a special, personal arrangement. He directly mitigates their material distress, arranges their ultimate victory, and sometimes even forcefully removes their material attachments to bring them back home, back to Godhead.
- Complete Cosmic Management: The universe is not an accident. From the gravity holding the planets to the salty oceans and the cycles of rain, everything is a perfect, inconceivable arrangement by the supreme brain.
