Theme Analysis
The understanding of God's residence bridges the gap between the infinite spiritual sky and the localized material creation. Śrīla Prabhupāda teaches that the Supreme Personality of Godhead eternally resides in His original, transcendental abodes—Goloka Vṛndāvana and the innumerable Vaikuṇṭha planets—which are situated far beyond the material universe. However, because the Lord is absolutely all-pervading by His inconceivable energies, He simultaneously resides within the material world as the Supersoul (Paramātmā). He lives within the heart of every single living entity, directing their wanderings, and He even resides within every atom. Furthermore, Śrīla Prabhupāda explains that the ultimate goal of liberation (sālokya-mukti) is not to merge into an impersonal void, but to qualify oneself through pure devotional service to return to the spiritual planets and eternally associate with the Lord in His supreme residence.
- The Eternal Spiritual Abode: The Supreme Personality of Godhead has a specific, transcendental residence in the spiritual sky, known as Goloka Vṛndāvana and the Vaikuṇṭha planets, which remain eternally manifest even after the material world is dissolved.

- We learn here (in SB 4.6.28) that desire trees are also found in Kailasa, the residence of Lord Siva, by the grace of Krsna. It thus appears that Kailasa has a special significance; it is almost like the residence of Lord Krsna
- We may construct a gorgeous temple and spend thousands of dollars, but such a temple is not required by the Lord. The Lord has many millions of temples for His residence and He does not need our attempt
