Śrīla Prabhupāda explains that God's names, forms, pastimes, and energies are identical with Him and completely transcendental. Less intelligent persons and Māyāvādī philosophers mistake the Lord to be a product of material nature or imagine the Transcendence to be formless, devoid of spiritual variegatedness. However, the Lord is beyond the reach of mundane mental speculation and ascending scientific endeavor. He can be understood and approached only through the descending process of the Vedas and pure devotional service (bhakti-yoga). By taking shelter of the Transcendence, the living entity can become free from all karmic reactions and fix their restless mind on the infallible Supreme Lord.
