- A Brahmacarini asrama is certainly a great necessity because there are so many girl devotees who are attached to our Krishna Consciousness movement. Those who are married couple, there is nothing to be said - simply to live together as husband and wife

- In the Srimad-Bhagavatam you will find everything, whatever is necessity, for the advancement of human civilization. Everything is there described. And knowledge also, all departmental knowledge
- In the various forms of life lower than human life the intelligence does not go beyond the range of life's primary necessities - namely eating, sleeping, mating and defending

- There was Hiranyakasipu and there was Prahlada. Prahlada was being supplied spiritual advancement of life, necessities, and Hiranyakasipu was being supplied for demonic status of life. So it is Krsna's pleasure that whatever you want, you can get it

- Unfortunately, we have got departments of knowledge in our educational system, but actually there is no department of knowledge where Krsna consciousness is taught scientifically. That is a great necessity of the present day
- Unless one feels necessity, why they will accept your proposal, "Chant Hare Krsna"? How you'll make them feeling, "Yes, it is necessary"? That is wanted

- Yoga necessitates controlling the senses, and bhakti-yoga, or Krsna consciousness, is the process of purifying the senses. When the senses are purified, they are automatically controlled

- You can take action according to the necessity of business, because we must use our full intelligence in any matter
- You cannot completely eradicate war from the social life. Just like government maintains the law and order force. There is necessity
- You cannot gratify your senses more than necessity. Everywhere that is the stringent laws of nature. Daivi hy esa gunamayi mama maya duratyaya. You cannot surpass it
- You don't require big factories, big workshop, and whole day and night with motorcar going this way and that way. No. There is no necessity for economic development. This is maya
- You haven't got to engage your major portion of time for this purpose. Because according to your body, the necessities are already there
- You must always remain dressed like a Vaisnava. That is necessity. So preksaniya: "is very beautiful to see." Otherwise how they became impressed?
- You should rise up to the occasion how to serve God. And this is the greatest necessity of the present-day civilization
