Śrīla Prabhupāda explains that unlike the temporary, fleeting activities of the material world, the pastimes of the Supreme Personality of Godhead are completely eternal, or nitya-lila. Because there are innumerable universes, Kṛṣṇa is constantly manifesting His divine pastimes—such as His appearance on Janmastami, the lifting of Govardhana Hill, or His loving exchanges with the gopis—in one universe or another at every single moment. These activities are not imaginary, artistic creations, nor do they sequentially finish and disappear; they exist simultaneously and permanently. The ultimate goal of human life is to take all necessary risks to transcend this temporary material existence and enter into the eternal, blissful kingdom to participate in the Lord's everlasting pastimes.

• Simultaneous Manifestation: Kṛṣṇa's pastimes never truly finish. Through His omnipotence, as one pastime concludes in one universe, it simultaneously takes place in another among the innumerable brahmandas.
• Continuously Unfolding Events: Specific historical events, such as His birth on Janmastami, fighting at Kuruksetra, and His beautiful exchanges with Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī and the gopis, are continuously happening right now.
• Eternal Relationships: When Kṛṣṇa descends, He is accompanied by His eternal associates. He accepts His eternal father and mother, and this divine family dynamic remains an everlasting reality.
• The Ultimate Goal of Life: Śrīla Prabhupāda emphasizes that if there is even a slight chance of entering into this immortal kingdom of God, one must risk everything in this lifetime to join Kṛṣṇa's nitya-lila.
