Indian (7): My question is whether the name Kṛṣṇa existed prior to Dvāpara-yuga.

Prabhupāda: Hm?

Mahāṁśa: Whether the name Kṛṣṇa existed prior to Dvāpara-yuga.

Mahāṁśa: Dvāpara-yuga.

Prabhupāda: Yes, it is always existing. Those who are expert, they are seeing Him. Kṛṣṇa is... Just like Brahmā, Brahma-saṁhitā. He mentions Kṛṣṇa. Īśvaraḥ paramaḥ kṛṣṇaḥ (Bs. 5.1).
