The philosophical essence of this category establishes the absolute supremacy of the Personality of Godhead as the ultimate controller (Īśvara) of all existence. Śrīla Prabhupāda systematically defeats the atheistic illusion that the universe functions without a foundation or a supreme director. The Lord controls the entire cosmic manifestation—including the powerful material energy (māyā) and the demigods like Lord Brahmā and Lord Śiva—exactly as a puppeteer controls dancing dolls. While conditioned souls falsely claim independence, they are entirely subordinate to the Lord's external energy, which forces them into different bodies according to their karma. However, the Lord Himself is never subjected to these laws; He is completely transcendental to time and the material modes. A profound paradox within this absolute control is the Lord's relationship with His pure devotees. Although the Supreme Lord manages millions of universes and holds all living entities under His grip, He voluntarily agrees to be controlled by the unalloyed love of His devotees.
- The Supreme Controller (Īśvara): God is the absolute controller. Everything animate and inanimate within the universe is owned and controlled by Him. Atheists foolishly reject this, assuming the world operates without a divine foundation.
- Controlling the Material Energy: The Lord is never covered by māyā. Instead, He controls the material energy completely. The material energy, in turn, controls the conditioned souls, proving that the living entity is never equal to God.
- Subordination of the Demigods: Even the most powerful universal directors, such as Lord Brahmā and Lord Śiva, are entirely under the control of the Supreme Lord, who manages them as an owner manages birds on a rope.

- We can see the clouds scattered by the wind, although we cannot see how this is being done because it is not possible to see the wind. Although we do not directly see the Personality of Godhead, we can see that He controls the process of destruction
