Category:God's Influence
Theme Analysis
God's influence is unlimited, expanding through His internal, external, and marginal energies to govern all cosmic manifestations and individual consciousness. Śrīla Prabhupāda explains that the Supreme Personality of Godhead directs wandering souls by acting as the Supersoul, dictating remembrance and forgetfulness. While conditioned souls are bewildered by the illusory energy known as māyā and the destructive force of kāla, pure devotees relish the transcendental influence of yogamāyā and the Lord's supreme opulences.
- The Guidance of the Supersoul: The Lord sits within the heart, providing intelligence and directing the material brain.
- Six Supreme Opulences: God possesses unending wealth, fame, strength, influence, beauty, and renunciation.
- Transcendental Ecstasy: The Lord's internal potency spiritually influences pure devotees, drowning them in ecstatic love.
- The Bewildering Power of Illusion: The external energy covers the original consciousness of the living entities in the material world.
